Do NOT ever place a loved one in this facility. The negligence I saw first had is unparalleled. I witnessed stealing from patients and dead bodies carried out in body bags through the lobby-how disrespectful. My wish is that one day those who manage this facility will have to become patients here.
Is it very easy to get communication from the nurses, general practitioner, et., If I text or call they respond quickly. The whole staff is very aware of how my moms day to day health is. I would absolutely recommend them to other families. My mother stayed at Tranquil Gardens for a month-and-a-half. My mom recently passed away, but she loved the place.
