We found the framework to be adaptable and applicable to a variety of HEAL initiatives, and unlike other frameworks, it acknowledges and includes assessment of individual behavior change resulting from PSE approaches, which are common activities in PSE initiatives. This supplement seeks to demonstrate that the use of design is a tool that can be used to deliver impactful health interventions that center the person as a means to increase equity, access, and usability.
